A throwing ax designed by Dave Boker, who was inspired to create this model by an ancient weapon called the Hurlbat.
It was made of one piece of 1065 carbon steel and covered with a special black protective coating to eliminate scratching of the surface when throwing, as well as to protect against corrosion.
The conical handle, proper balance and star-like design make the ax easy and precise to throw, even over long distances.
